4) When switching from an annual tariff to another annual one with a higher subscription fee.
In this case, when changing the rate, the number rate in the amount of the discount provided will not be charged.
To change the tariff, the subscriber's balance must contain an amount equal to the full subscription fee of the tariff to which the transfer is made + the cost of the transfer.
Example 6: On March 10, a subscriber connected a Steel Light number to the Mobi 20 yillik tariff.
On January 1 (up to 2 successful charges of the annual subscription fee) switches to the Mobi 50 yillik tariff. In this case, the number rate in the amount of the discount provided is not charged, since the subscription fee for the Mobi 50 yillik tariff is higher than the Mobi 20 yillik tariff.
Conditions for changing the tariff AFTER successfully debiting 6 or 12 subscription fees (for monthly rates) or two abon debits.annual fees (for annual tariffs).
In this case, the number rate in the amount of the discount provided will not be charged for any change in the rate.
To change the tariff, the subscriber's balance must contain an amount equal to the full subscription fee of the tariff to which the transfer is made + the cost of the transfer.

In case of cancellation in the following cases, the number rate will be charged in the amount of the discount provided:
