The unlimited service provides the subscriber with unlimited Internet access for resources that are included in the selected option package.

Traffic is not charged when using the Internet only in the official mobile applications of resources or the official mobile version in the browser.

Connection is only available in the Mobiuz mobile app

Terms of use:

• The subscription fee for this option is debited monthly, until the option is disabled.

• If you don't have enough funds to write off the monthly cost, switch to an alternative method of debiting (daily)

• Enabling service option is only available in the mobile app.

• There is no connection fee

• Activation is only available if you have enough money on your balance for the monthly subscription fee.

• The service is provided only for subscribers connected to the TA for individuals. (except for the "Mobiuz 8 years" tariff plan)

• The service is provided for using the Internet only in the official mobile applications of resources or the official mobile version in the browser.

• The priority of using the service among other Internet services and options is the first.

• When using this service, the data transfer rate is not limited.

• Roaming Internet is charged according to the established rates.

• If the subscriber is blocked, Internet access is not provided as part of this service.

• When connecting to option resources via proxy servers, VPNs, or intermediary sites, the cost of traffic is paid according to the terms of the tariff plan, or traffic is debited from the balance of the existing Internet package provided for all destinations.

• When using unlimited resources as part of the option via proxy servers, VPNs, intermediary sites, or using the phone in modem mode, the cost of traffic is paid according to the terms of the tariff plan, or traffic is debited from the balance of the existing Internet package provided to all destinations.

• This service is available in GPRS/EDGE/3G/4G/5G networks.

• If the "Daily Unlimited" service is enabled and "Unlimited" service option is enabled, the speed of the "Daily Unlimited" service is limited only for resources that are not included in the enabled option.

• You can only activate the service if you have enough funds in your account balance.

• The subscription fee is debited from the first day, from the moment the option is enabled. If there are not enough funds in the subscriber's balance for debiting the daily subscription fee for the enabled option, then the subscriber is blocked for insufficient funds, which is held until the balance is replenished for the amount sufficient to write off the subscription fee for the option.

• Deactivating the option in the blocked state is not available.

• By default, smartphones spend mobile traffic in the background: on system updates, app updates, syncing data from widgets (weather, calendar, etc.) and social networks, as well as on analytics counters. Internet traffic to these destinations is charged according to the terms of the tariff plan, or traffic is debited from the balance of the existing Internet package provided for all destinations.

• If the subscriber activates the "Ban on switching to the daily subscription fee", this ban also applies to the Unlimited option.

• If several service options are enabled at the same time with the same subscription fee deduction date for them, or the date of deduction for the Unlimited service coincides with the date of deduction of the subscription fee for the tariff, then the next time the subscription fee is debited:

• 1) if the subscriber's account has enough funds to write off the total subscription fees for each connected service (several Unlimited services, or Unlimited+subscription fee for the tariff), the subscription fees for the services are debited successfully, and the date of the next write-off is shifted by 1 calendar month;

• 2) if the subscriber's account does not have enough funds to write off the amount of full subscription fees for each connected service, but it is sufficient to write off the amount of alternative (daily) subscription fees for each service, the subscription fee for each service is written off in the daily amount, and the date of the next write-off is shifted by 1 day;

• 3) if the subscriber's account does not have enough funds to write off the amount of alternative (daily) subscription fees for each service, the subscriber is blocked due to insufficient funds, which is held until the balance is replenished with an amount sufficient to write off all subscription fees for the connected options (the amount of daily subscription fees for the connected services, or the amount of full subscription fees for connected services).
