"You were called!" is an additional communication service that allows a Mobiuz subscriber not to lose a single call in cases when their phone is unavailable or turned off. The subscriber will receive information about missed calls in the form of an SMS message.

The "You were called!" service is also available in roaming. It is important to keep in mind that although incoming SMS messages on the Mobiuz network are free, in some countries mobile operators charge a fee for incoming SMS messages.

How to activate the service:

If you disabled the service and decided to re-enable it, you can do this as follows:

By contacting the company's subscription service offices;

Via the Internet Assistant.

By sending a USSD request to the number *111*0131#.

By sending an SMS message with the number 1 to the number 616013

The service works only if the "Redirect" service is activated.

Attention! When you activate the service, you will automatically be redirected to the service number "You were called!" under the "Out of service area"conditions. This cancels forwarding to another phone number that was previously set up.

Cost.

When connecting a new number, subscribers are given the opportunity to activate the "You were called" service./I'm in touch" is free for 30 days from the moment the number is activated.

After 30 days, the service will be charged 150 UZS per day.

Subscription fee for the service " You were called / I'm in touch" for existing subscribers - 150 UZS per day.

The "You were called!" service starts working immediately after activation.

The sender's number is the number that is used to manage the "You were called!" service. If the message contains information about only one missed call, the sender's name will be the caller's phone number.

How to disable the service:

You can disable the "You got a call!" service by:

By contacting the company's subscription service offices

Via the Internet Assistant

By sending a USSD request to the number *111*0130#.

By sending SMS messages with the number 0 to the number 616013

"I'm in touch!"

If you are connected to the "You were called!" service and you have a notification about missed calls under the "Out of service" condition, you can enable notifications to callers that you are available, i.e. you are in the network coverage area.

After enabling the service, availability notifications are not sent to the called party.

To enable sending notifications, you must send an SMS message with the text notify on to the short number 808.

In response, you will receive a message: "Notification of other subscribers is enabled."

From this point on, notifications will be sent to all subscribers who called you, except for those who are included in the prohibited list.

To disable sending notifications, you need to send an SMS message with the text notify off to the short number 808.

In response, you will receive a message: "Notification of other subscribers is disabled."

At the same time, notifications will continue to be sent to numbers that are in the list of allowed numbers.

To view the list of prohibited and allowed "notify me" numbers, you need to send an SMS message with the text list notify to the short number 808.
