“Restart” is a service, upon activation of which the subscriber pays the full subscription fee of the tariff plan for a full month and receives full packs of minutes, MB, SMS according to the tariff plan on any day before the end of the current month (without waiting for the next start date of the new month).

The cost of the service is 0 UZS (only the subscription fee for the tariff is paid).

The validity period of packs of minutes, MB, SMS at the rate received upon activation of the “Restart” service is one calendar month from the date of activation. The next subscription fee will be charged according to the tariff, also after one calendar month.

Activation of the service is available only with a balance sufficient to charge the full subscription fee for the tariff (per month) on all tariff plans for individuals, except for annual tariffs.

When activating the service, unused packs of minutes, MB, SMS at the rate of the current month (including those received through the previously activated “Restart” service) will expire and cannot be combined with packs received through the “Restart” service.

If a subscriber activates the service before the end of the current tariff period (including for the previously activated “Restart” service), then the previously charged subscription fee for the tariff is not subject to refund or recalculation.

In order to use the service in the Mobiuz mobile application, update the application. 

The “Restart” service is not available:

• if you have the “Annual subscription fee” service;
• if there is a 100% discount on the subscription fee of the tariff plan;
• when the subscriber number is blocked.
