Replacing the SIM card

The cost of replacing a SIM card is 20,000 sum. With a new SIM card, you're back in touch!

In order to replace the SIM card, you will need to come to the Company's office with an identity document.

The SIM card is replaced only when a subscriber who has signed a Contract for the provision of mobile communication services personally applies.

If the subscriber is a legal entity, the SIM card is replaced on the basis of an official letter. If the subscriber is represented by his legal representative, the SIM card is replaced on the basis of a power of attorney containing a description of certain rights and actions granted by the principal in accordance with the procedure provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In such cases, the attorney, along with providing the original power of attorney, presents a document certifying the identity of the authorized person.

• The cost of replacing a SIM card is 20,000 sum set on all tariff plans, except for tariffs "Veteran", "Together with Mobiuz" and annual tariffs.
• The cost of replacing a SIM card for tariff plans "Veteran", "Together with Mobiuz" and annual tariffs - 0 sum.
